When can I expect delivery of my order?

I try to dispatch orders within 3 working days. If though you have asked for a customised piece or I am helping you with your Pets Ashes then there may be a longer time period. I will though make every effort to keep you up to date with the status of your order

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes I charge standard shipping depending on size of piece. This will be calculated at checkout.

Do you charge extra for putting my Pets Ashes in a Piece ?

There is no extra charge for this. Clearly though the Piece is handmade so it will not be exactly the same as the item you have chosen, especially with Glass Fusing. I will though do my very best to make it as identical as possible.

What it your refund policy?


My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your return item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved ,then your refund will be processed and a credit automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sales Items

Only regular items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.Shipping costs are non-refundable unless I am clearly at fault with the condition of your purchase.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary but I will do my best to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
